The private beach was stunning, perfect for chilling! Really enjoyed the festive Christmas party on the beach.

My room had persistent plumbing issues, with the shower and toilet not functioning properly. Despite multiple reports to the staff, the fixes were temporary, causing frustration. the WiFi didn't work in my room, forcing me to go to the lobby for a decent connection, which was very inconvenient.

The private beach area is perfect for relaxing, but the pool can get crowded. Lots of fun activities like diving available.

Friendly staff helped create a very pleasant atmosphere. the limited hours for the water slides were a letdown, especially for the kids, who were looking forward to them. WiFi connection issues in the room were also inconvenient, forcing a trek to the lobby when I needed to check emails. Despite these couple of drawbacks, the cleanliness and the overall resort setup made for a pleasing experience.

WiFi connection is laughable, forcing you to trek to the lobby!!! Managed to snag reasonable trip deals, but don't expect much variety in food options!!! Make sure you verify your airport transfer beforehand, or you might be left stranded!!!
